Startups can be chaotic, and leadership is challenging. Navigating these complexities is where meaningful work begins. 

Hello, I'm Carlo. I am a leader in Sales Engineering, a COO at a startup, a mentor, and an aspiring podcast host. 

Over the years, I have had the privilege of mentoring some incredible individuals. It has been a fulfilling experience to witness their career growth, how they overcome challenges, and evolve as leaders. I have also been fortunate to collaborate with and learn from some fantastic people. They have shared their experiences with me, provided space for me to figure things out, and emphasised the value of growth that comes from trying things and making mistakes. 

What I realised is that these conversations are often centred around stories, lessons learned, mistakes made, and ideas borrowed from others and refined through experience. Sharing these stories has proven to be a powerful tool for helping people grow, even if it meant walking the fine line between nostalgia and advice. 

This realisation inspired me to share these stories more broadly, collect all these ideas and stories to light and share them with everyone!
